One of Martina’s passions is being with teenagers and the transition into adulthood, she offers sessions for both teenagers and parents to create balance and to help navigate through these changing times. An experienced Practitioner of ITb and an instructor, Martina has been working with people for over 30 years – including pregnancy support as a Childbirth Educator, as a ‘Journey’ Therapist and a Pathways Foundation Leader.

Born in Germany, Martina can also offer bi-lingual support.

The name Integrated Touch Balance originates from the Latin word “integritas” meaning “whole”, “complete” or “intact”, a word from which INTEGRITY is also derived. The practitioner approaches the work in an intact state of clear awareness, which maintains a resourced base to support another. Working with integrity can be perceived as working with grace, honesty and stability. “Integration” further implies a whole-body awareness and an integration of the brain-emotions-mind connection.
