Integrated Touch Balance

.

ITb Concept

CHI is circulating energy along acupuncture lines, which can be interrupted, blocked, under-energized or over-energized. Touch, movement, creativity and breath facilitate the balancing of CHI. Through practice the fingers become sensitive organs to gauge the flow of CHI along the energy lines.

Each of the 33 points selected acupuncture points has an emotional message relating to both the Chinese name of the point, the organ the line stimulates, the element the organ is associated with and the physical structure and function of the anatomy in the area of the point.

A variety of courses are available to enhance many therapeutic disciplines

The name Integrated Touch Balance originates from the Latin word “integritas” meaning “whole”, “complete” or “intact”, a word from which INTEGRITY is also derived. The practitioner approaches the work with an intact state of clear awareness that maintains a resourced base from which to support another. Working with integrity can be perceived as working with grace, honesty and stability. “Integration” further implies a whole-body awareness and an integration of the brain-emotions-mind connection.

"Touch and movement done WITH INTENTION in the PRESENT MOMENT enhance the natural neuroplasticity of the anatomy to make any change possible. If you think it AND do it AND feel it, it can become part of your cells tissue."
